AMRRIC is an Australian not for profit organisation whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities by improving the health of outback community dogs.

AMRRIC promotes sustainable and culturally appropriate dog management programs by working with the community to treat animals against parasites, hunanely control dog numbers, address environmental health factors, promote responsible pet ownership, and conduct two-way knowledge sharing communication programs.

AMRRIC encourages attitudinal and behavioural change toward companion animals and wildlife, to reduce the incidence of aggressive dogs; encourages accessible veterinary services and spreading awareness of the benefits of fewer healthier and desexed dogs.
