How State Members of Parliament and State Departments with jurisdiction over Local Government and/or Animal Welfare can help achieve G2Z in their community.
- Refer to Recommended Legislation link to read about responsible breeding legislation to prevent unwanted animals and responsible animal management to develop rehoming rather than killing animals in pounds and shelters.
- Work with other states to progress uniform proactive animal management legislation nationally.
- Refer to relevant progress in each state and territory in Australia, and overseas. Go to Legislation link.
